Property Investment Opportunity for 2018

For those who are interested to buy a new condo launch, this is where I shared my findings on the investment opportunities in 2018. With my teammates, I have compiled the information of all the available condo launches in the market including their location, pricing and even number of units unsold and getting an overview of all the available new units. We are confident that we can sniff out some good deals!

“Yes is a good time for properties… but DO Proper Risk Management!” (2017)

When the property fever comes, people rushed in to buy properties at overvalued prices. This creates a high risk for my teammate, friends and customers. I co-run this seminar to discuss the following topics in response to the upcoming property fever.

  • The Risks we should be aware
  • Risk measures we need to carry out
  • Where to get good deals despite the hype
  • How to prevent making the million dollar mistakes

URA Gallery Visit & Masterplan Tour

One of the first step to property investment is to understand the future developments of Singapore and how it will affect the property prices in the different regions of Singapore. Different pace and kind of developments in different parts of Singapore will result in different price movements in different parts of Singapore.

Therefore in the URA Gallery visit, we will study and look into detail the URA masterplan. We will determine how the future developments in Singapore will affect the different regions in Singapore. From this study, we will then draw conclusions and uncover where are the various investment opportunities in Singapore right now.
